Who handles your information
Integrity Fleet Management Co., Ltd., at No. 350, Min Tat Street, 9th Ward, Dagon Myo Thit East, Yangon, Myanmar, receives information submitted through the company’s website. For privacy requests, contact capt.aunghtetkyaw.uk@gmail.com.
What we collect
Ship-owner inquiries include your name, company, contact details, service interests, vessel or travel requirements and message. Seafarer applications include your name, nationality, contact details, rank, vessel experience, sea-service summary, availability date and the documents you choose to attach.
Only provide information relevant to your request. Please avoid unnecessary passport numbers, financial data or detailed medical records. You must be entitled to share any uploaded document.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, assess a seafarer application, verify relevant qualifications and coordinate the requested services. A form submission does not constitute an employment offer, contract or guarantee of placement.
Storage and notifications
Submissions are recorded in a project-scoped database provided by our website infrastructure provider, Manus. Attached document bytes are stored with the application in the database and are not published as public website assets. The public website does not offer an applicant listing or a public document download endpoint.
A summary notification containing your submission details may be sent to the website project owner to enable follow-up. Successful saving is separate from notification delivery. This website does not automatically send an email confirmation to applicants or ship owners.
Sharing and review
IFM may need to discuss relevant information with authorized staff, prospective principals or service partners to fulfill your request. Contact IFM before submitting if you require particular sharing restrictions. Do not use this website to transmit information requiring a separately agreed confidential process.
Your requests
You may contact IFM to request access, correction, withdrawal of an application or deletion of submitted data. Include your submission reference, where available. IFM will review the request subject to applicable obligations and legitimate record-keeping requirements; no fixed automated deletion period is claimed by this website.
External links and technical storage
Direct links to WhatsApp, email and Google Maps open external services governed by their own privacy terms. Essential browser storage or cookies may be used by the hosting platform. The company website does not add advertising trackers or use form data for advertising.
